Haven Dermatology offers transparent pricing for individual medical appointments, in-office procedures, and surgical dermatology services in Brentwood and Nashville, Tennessee.
Each appointment is scheduled according to the time and clinical attention your concern is expected to require, helping you understand the anticipated cost before receiving care. All visits and procedures are available without an annual membership.

At Haven Dermatology, we operate on a transparent, direct-care model. By removing the administrative barriers of traditional insurance-based care, we’re able to protect the most valuable part of your healthcare: time with your physician.
Our transparent pricing means you’ll know the cost of your care up front, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
While we do not contract directly with insurance companies, we are happy to provide an itemized receipt (superbill) upon request at the time of your visit, which you may submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
NOTE: Insurance benefits vary significantly by plan, and some policies do not provide reimbursement for out-of-network direct-care services. We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier before your visit to determine whether your plan includes out-of-network benefits. Patients are responsible for verifying their coverage and submitting any reimbursement claims.

Direct-Care Pricing and Insurance
Haven Dermatology does not contract directly with insurance companies. Patients pay the practice directly, allowing us to provide clear pricing and preserve the time needed for personalized dermatologic care.
Upon request, we can provide an itemized receipt, also known as a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Insurance benefits vary by plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed. Patients are responsible for confirming their coverage and submitting reimbursement claims directly to their insurance carrier.
Good Faith Estimates
Because Haven Dermatology is a direct-pay practice, patients may receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for scheduled services in accordance with federal requirements. Your estimate will reflect the services reasonably anticipated based on the information available at that time.
Treatment needs may change after your evaluation, which can affect the final cost. If a bill from a provider or facility is $400 or more above the amount listed in your estimate, you may qualify for the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
