These procedures are typically performed during a scheduled medical visit. Applicable procedure fees are added to the base visit fee.

Haven Dermatology maintains a minimum appointment charge of $150.

For a standalone procedure appointment, the amount due will be whichever is greater:

The $150 minimum appointment charge
The combined cost of the procedures performed
Pathology interpretation and laboratory processing are billed separately by the outside laboratory.
