Good Faith Estimates

Because Haven Dermatology is a direct-pay practice, patients may receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for scheduled services in accordance with federal requirements. Your estimate will reflect the services reasonably anticipated based on the information available at that time.

Treatment needs may change after your evaluation, which can affect the final cost. If a bill from a provider or facility is $400 or more above the amount listed in your estimate, you may qualify for the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
